I understand that Hudson Crossing Park Recycled Art Show takes every precaution to protect and secure the item submitted, and I understand that Hudson Crossing Park and Espressohuis do not insure the item against loss, damage or theft. I agree to hold Hudson Crossing Park and Espressohuis harmless and to indemnify both organizations against all claims resulting from losses. I also understand that the artist retains all rights to the images of his/her work and gives Hudson Crossing Park and the Recycled Art Show permission to use images for publicity purposes only.

Shelf space: 18" wide by 12" deep (10 pieces)
Pedestal space: 18" wide by 18" deep (6 to 8 pieces) - artist must provide pedestal
Wall space: 2' x 3' (10 wall hangings) or on committee approval, of a few larger pieces.
