I understand that Hudson Crossing Park Recycled Art Show takes every precaution to protect and secure the item submitted, and I understand that Hudson Crossing Park and Saratoga National Historical Park do not insure the item against loss, damage or theft. I agree to hold Hudson Crossing Park and Saratoga National Historical Park harmless and to indemnify both organizations against all claims resulting from losses. I also understand that the artist retains all rights to the images of his/her work and gives Hudson Crossing Park and the Recycled Art Show permission to use images for publicity purposes only.
