|What's a Little Rain?!|
Spring Cleanup a Success
More than two dozen eager volunteers came out to the Park for Canal Clean Sweep on a drizzly Saturday, April 17. Perhaps you saw the photos in the Post Star (Click here for article) and Saratogian (Click here for article). New bluebird houses went up, a second slide was installed, donated plants went into the ground, trails were cleared of trash, grass was planted, and delicious Panera pastries and a lunch from Louise Landry kept everyone happy and "fueled". Many thanks to all who came out to help- your generosity and goodwill were evident and appreciated!

Many Hands, Light Work
|In honor of Earth Day, 16 students and a handful of teachers from Schuylerville School's CARE Club came to Hudson Crossing to volunteer their time raking, planting, weeding, and watering. What a difference they made! Thanks to all of them. We were thrilled at all they accomplished, and delighted that some of them plan to become weekly volunteers. |
