Special Events to Celebrate the Earth
Acitvities Planned for School Vacation Week

In addition to the Recycled Art Show, Hudson Crossing Park and the Saratoga National Historical Park have teamed up to offer a collection of events to mark Earth Week. Want to be outside? Join the Hudson Crossing Park beautification efforts of Canal Clean Sweep on Sunday, April 17. Prefer the indoor view? Settle in for the "Armchair Tour of the Champlain Canalway Trail" on Wednesday, April 20. Perhaps you want a little bit of both? Be sure to catch Eco-Day at the Battlefield on Saturday, April 23.

And finally, don't miss the chance to rid your home of unwanted electronics with a donation to the Park- an Electronics Recycling Day will be conducted at the Hudson Crossing Park Play Garden on Friday, April 22. For a nominal fee (based on weight of items), you can rest easy knowing you have saved trash and toxic metals from the landfills, and a portion of the proceeds will go back to supporting Hudson Crossing. Everybody wins!

More details about all Earth Week activities are available on the calendar page of Hudson Crossing Park's website.
