Towpath Tuesdays Growing in Numbers

As part of the Green Ribbon School Project, a new community fitness outing club has been launched. Joggers, walkers, and even kids on bikes meet up on Tuesdays at 6pm at Olde Saratoga Bike and Boards on Rt 29 and take to the trails across the street. Looking for companions as you exercise outdoors? Join us for a 2-4 mile excursion at your own pace with a fitness professional to cheer you on. Kristie Gunter, an ASCM certified personal trainer, runs the program and does an excellent job making the outings welcoming, safe, and fun. All ages and abilities invited!  Download Towpath Tuesdays flyer here.
