Join us for S.O.A.R. (Science & Outdoor Adventure on the River) Week
Presented by Hudson Crossing Park & The Schuylerville Public Library!
Monday - Friday • June 25 - 29, 2018 • 10am-12pm (morning session) • 1-3pm (afternoon session) • $50/child
This week long adventure, held at Hudson Crossing Park, is open to ages 8-12 and is your child’s chance to spend time exploring, experimenting, and having FUN! S.O.A.R. members will spend the week:
• Conducting experiments and acting as citizen scientists
• Learning about the science of the Hudson and local ecology systems
• Delving into the history of the Champlain Canal and our community
• Acting as EcoWarriors and learning about how they can have a big impact on the ecological health of our home
• Spending lots and lots of time exploring the amazing resources that are right in our backyard!
*EDIT: Wow! Because of the amazing response we've gotten to our S.O.A.R. Week we've added an afternoon session that will run from 1-3pm!*
There are limited spots available, so register today! Email Hudson Crossing Park Educator Jessica Schwerd at learning@hudsoncrossingpark.org to reserve your child's spot.
