Have you ever wondered what adaptive outdoor recreation looks like, or thought that riding a bike or getting out on the water might no longer be possible for you?
Come explore what’s possible at Hudson Crossing Park during our Adaptive Outdoor Open House! People of all ages, abilities, and disabilities are welcome to stop by, learn about adaptive recreation, check out the equipment, ask questions, and give adaptive biking and boating a try.
Adaptive Bikes
Come see and try a variety of adaptive bikes and learn how different equipment can make biking accessible to more people.
Adaptive Kayaks
We'll have our adaptive kayaks and equipment on display so you can take a closer look and learn how our inclusive paddling program works. Kayaks will be out for display only for this event, but contact us for info on how you can get out on the water with the adaptive kayaks!
